Amy is true professional in every respect knowledgeable on the market and how to effectively price and promote individual properties, creative on how to present your property, and very diligent at bringing brokers and prospective buyers to see the house. Amy staged multiple open houses very early on, which made a difference. She also provided expert advice on how to deal with a buried oil tank and other issues which could have negatively impacted the ability to see my house.
